Festivals

RODS has not taken an active part in either the Southend or Thurrock Drama Festivals in the last two years, as the Committee felt that it was "spreading the group too thinly" and conflicted with our Main Productions.

With the demise of Southend Drama Festival after the 2013 event, and the (hopefully temporary) cancellation of Thurrock Festival for this year, the group will be concentrating on ""In House" Productions, giving members the chance to cut their teeth on One Act Plays, and encourage the growth of new directors going forward.
